Service Advisor / Admin – Join Our Team!

We’re a busy auto electrical workshop based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, With a great reputation for attention to detail.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, high energy, customer-focused person to join our small friendly team as a Service Advisor / Admin.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Greeting customers and managing bookings (phone, email, and in-person).

- Preparing and following up on quotes, processing invoices, updating job records, and photographing vehicles.

- Ordering parts and supplies and coordinating jobs around deliveries.

- Communicating with customers about their vehicle’s progress.

- Supporting the team with day-to-day admin and workshop scheduling.

- Contacting customers to advise them of current promotions and offers.

- Promoting the business by actively seeking customer feedback and reviews.

- Data entry and price checking existing inventory.

- Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative.

- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently.

- Ability to confidently manage deposits and communicate details regarding high-value invoices.

Automotive industry experience, working with workshop software and bookkeeping skills are a bonus, but not essential — we value the right mindset and a great personality above all.
