Customer Service Representative – Sunshine Coast Patio Specialists
Location: Nambour QLD (Office-based)
Employment Type: Part time 9am-2pm (Monday–Friday, no weekends)
Start Date: Immediate or by negotiation

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Sales admin. We're excited to offer this Part-Time Role designed for a dynamic individual seeking balance between professional growth and personal life. This role caters perfectly to someone looking for work part time from 9am – 2pm Monday to Friday, offering both flexibility and challenge.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for all new enquiries — answering questions, building rapport, and guiding clients through the early stages of their project journey. You'll handle enquiries from our website, social media, and ad campaigns, booking site visits, scheduling appointments for the team, and ensuring every lead is looked after with care.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and providing assistance promptly and professionally.
Contact and engage with all new enquiries from our website, social media, and ad campaigns (Not cold calling)
Keep client communications organised and up-to-date
Book site visits and schedule appointments for the team
Use our CRM systems to manage tasks and follow-ups
Help create a positive experience for our clients and team members
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (preferably in contruction)
Communicates clearly, confidently, and respectfully
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively and stay organized
Friendly, proactive, and solutions-focused
Positive attitude and team player
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Can work independently and solve problems on the fly
Have a great attitude and loves working in a small team
Lives locally on the Sunshine Coast and can work from our Nambour office
