About the Role

We work with businesses across Queensland to provide temporary staff in accounts and finance support roles. Assignments vary in length and scope, offering exposure to diverse industries while building your professional skills.

Duties

Process invoices and payments

Reconcile accounts and managing overdue payments

Handle customer and supplier account enquiries

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

High volume payroll (end-to-end)

General administration and office support

Skills & Experience

Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable

Fast, accurate data entry skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Confident using Microsoft Office across all applications

Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries)
