We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer with a love for creative production and collaboration to join our Sydney team full time.
As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects across digital, content and experiential channels, ensuring creative excellence and flawless execution from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end production for a range of creative and digital projects — from briefing through to delivery.

Partner with account, creative and experience teams to scope, schedule and budget projects.

Manage suppliers, production partners and internal resources to deliver outstanding work on time and within budget.

Identify and solve challenges proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain the highest standards of quality and craft across all deliverables.

Contribute to process improvement and team culture within the production department.

About you:

5+ years of production experience, ideally within a creative, digital or advertising agency.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of budgets, timelines, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Sydney office.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 per annum superannuation inclusive, commensurate with experience.
