You are

• An experienced event producer, Event Manager or Senior Event Manager with 5 years experiencce in an agency environment
• Confident managing projects with budgets of $100K+, from concept to completion.
• Highly organised with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure.
• Passionate about producing world-class events and helping clients bring their creative visions to life.

You will be

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of brand activations, B2B events, and public experiences.
• Working closely with a Senior Producer, Project Manager, and Event Coordinator within one of four dedicated project teams.
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships to ensure every project exceeds expectations.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a creative, diligent and supportive teamenvironment.
• Occasionally travelling interstate or internationally for high profile client projects.
