This rapidly growing pharmaceutical business are leading the way in their market, dominating their competition with innovative ways of working, and through an impressive period of acquisitions. The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in the continued growth of the organisation, supporting senior leadership teams with key decision making and partnering with stakeholders across the business. Key duties will include:

Ownership of budgeting & forecasting processes, including building & maintenance of models, partnering with non finance teams

Producing detailed financial reports, and presentation to senior leadership teams

Managing the performance analysis, identifying trends, and looking for revenue improvement opportunities

Heavily involved in future M&A work

Managing a small team

Provide ad-hoc support to CFO, Financial Control team, and project teams

To be considered, you will be a Chartered Accountant, and have demonstrated experience in high level analytics, financial modelling, and be comfortable presenting results to senior leaders. This is a fast paced role, with an ever changing landscape that will require an ability to move & think quickly in order to come up with solutions on the fly.
