  • Salary ranges from $134,421.00 to $148,239.00 + super + leave loading

Our Corporate Affairs Division is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Content Producer to lead the development, creation and production of high-quality multimedia content, including video and photography, to support the Department’s internal and external communications needs.

This role is central to how the Department tells its story, shaping how communities see and engage with the work that protects and enhances our environment. You will create powerful digital content that brings to life the people, places and programs that support a sustainable future for NSW. Working collaboratively across the Division you will strategise, plan, produce and deliver high-quality visual content including photography, video and graphics that informs, inspires and connects diverse audiences across multiple platforms.

You will coordinate creative projects from concept to completion, manage content priorities and partnerships, and ensure the Department’s brand and messages are consistently represented. This role also contributes to building capability across teams by mentoring others in content creation and ensuring the digital asset library reflects the diversity and energy of the work we do for the people of NSW.

About You

We are seeking a creative and motivated content professional who thrives on transforming ideas into engaging visual stories that make an impact. You are confident working across multiple projects and deadlines, balancing creative vision with strategic communication goals. You bring technical expertise in photography, videography and graphic design alongside the organisational skills to manage shoots, coordinate vendors and oversee approvals with professionalism and care.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality multimedia content for campaigns and programs across multiple channels
  • A proven ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines concurrently, working with various stakeholders with specific needs and objectives.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and work as part of a dynamic team
  • A keen eye for visual storytelling that reflects the diversity of NSW’s people and landscapes
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset always looking for ways to innovate, share knowledge and continuously improve content practices

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience designing, managing and producing professional and highly engaging content including video, photography and graphics to support key program objectives and campaigns that can be used across multiple channels
