Our client is a leading national industrial solutions group, employing around 1,600 people across 14 core businesses, with over 180 branches across the APAC region. We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to manage collections, maintain accurate financial records, and support business operations across multiple divisions.

About the role
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end debt management, daily reconciliations, and accurate processing of payments and invoices. You’ll also support month-end reporting, assist with audits, and help improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage debt collection and maintain customer ledgers
• Process and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Prepare monthly ageing reports and assist with month-end close
• Provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders

About you

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or credit control (essential)
• High attention to detail and strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ERP or financial systems
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
