To be successful you must have the following

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in contract administration within commercial construction
• Sound understanding of head contract and subcontract management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency with estimating and project software (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, or similar)
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a project team
