About the Role
As Contract Administrator, you will support the Senior Manager, Contracts and Commercial across a broad portfolio of projects and operational assets. You’ll be responsible for contract administration, compliance and stakeholder management, with exposure to large-scale renewable infrastructure. This role offers variety and visibility across construction, operations, legal and investment functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor key commercial contracts, obligations and compliance trackers
• Draft, review, and issue contract notices
• Work with lenders, contractors and internal stakeholders to support approvals and resolve queries
• Attend contractor and counterparty meetings, following up on actions and issues
• Assist with commercial agreements, claims, and dispute resolution
• Support project management, operations, and investment teams on a range of initiatives

About You

• 3–5 years’ experience in contracts, commercial, or project management roles (infrastructure or energy desirable, but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, or Project Management preferred
