I will:

  • Demonstrate my two years’ experience supporting people with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and outcomes.
  • Work across various on-site programs, including Adult Recreational, Life Skills, Work and Study, and Skills for Life.
  • Support customers in their day-to-day activities, helping them build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
  • Facilitate engaging group activities such as art, drama, music, cooking, gardening, or travel training.
  • Assist with the Work and Study Skills program, supporting customers to explore employment or education pathways.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and review Individual Program Plans, ensuring customer goals are person-centred and outcome-focused.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills by identifying challenges and developing practical solutions.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles to create a safe and supportive environment.
