The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Support Officer to join our finance team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys variety, supporting both finance and administration functions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours

Start Time: 8:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Standard office hours, with flexibility during busy periods if required

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, credits, and payments.

Perform bank and account reconciliations and assist with the month-end close.

Maintain accurate financial records in MYOB

Assist with payroll preparation and related admin

Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve account queries

Support the Accounts Manager with compliance reporting and documentation

Assist with Finance & Admin-based projects such as budgets, R&D implementation, spreadsheeting, and customer online product ranging

Assist with customer ordering administration and setup, including maintaining product and customer account data

About You

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an accounts or finance support role

Strong knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft Excel

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proactive, professional communication style and team-player attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

What We Offer

Competitive annual salary: $65,000 – $85,000 + super
