We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Administration professional to join our team.

This full-time Monday to Friday onsite position offers the opportunity to work with our friendly team at our new premises in Rydalmere, just beside the river, with free parking, access to public transport, and unlimited free use of our on-site gyms.

Your role will be responsible for supporting our customers through effective sales and order processing, using reporting tools to review and schedule the release and replenishment of customer bulk orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers about their order schedules.

Coordinate replenishment stock orders with customers to maintain stable inventory levels.

Liaise with our procurement team.

Update and maintain information in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft 365 BC systems.

Generate reports and provide administrative support to the General Manager of Sales

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of sales administration experience

Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency including functions and data analysis

Highly organised with excellent scheduling skills

Keen eye for detail and accuracy

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Fluent in verbal and written English communication

Australian work rights required
