Role & Responsibilities:
As an Estimator reporting to Manager Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our workshop. Your main responsibilities will include:

Estimating & Quoting: Experience in EstimateOne Software for both Commercial and Residential windows, doors, shop fronts & frames.

Onsite Measure & Quote: Experienced with measuring onsite and developing quotes all the way through to formal quotes for clients.

Scope of Work: Your expertise in developing the scope of work to support the quotes will be crucial in optimising the workflow and maximizing productivity in the workshop, people effectiveness when out in the field and meeting our client’s needs for superior customer service.

Experience in Glazing Industry: Prior experience in the glazing industry is a must, as it will enable you to better understand our unique requirements and challenges from our diverse client base.

Qualifications & Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

3-5 years of experience in glazing industry in glazier, scheduling, estimating, and quoting or a similar role.

Proven experience in understanding glazing process, terminologies , suppliers, and relevant standards to optimise clients engagement so they are provided superior advice and options to achieve their outcomes.

In-depth knowledge of Work Safe requirements of WWH, Crane, Rope Rescue, Scaffolding, Traffic Management so all aspect of estimation/quoting is captured in our quotes so there are no surprises for client, and the business isn’t out of pocket and tasks are completed on time and budget.
