About the Role

You’ll be responsible for preparing and managing accurate, timely, and competitive quotes for upcoming roofing projects.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, good industry knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include:
☑ Reviewing ground plans and specifications
☑ Ensuring quote requests are submitted on time
☑ Liaising with contractors for pricing and scope details
☑ Following up on outstanding quotes
☑ Ensuring pricing is competitive and aligns with current market conditions
☑ Quoting only work that aligns with company focus and capabilities
☑ Preparing and submitting variation quotes as required

What You'll Need:

Minimum 1-2 years of estimating/quoting experience in construction or roofing

Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications

Experience working with roofing materials, systems, and installation methods
