Seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of the concrete structure phase on a high-profile hotel development in Shepparton. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable subcontractor with a strong pipeline of regional and metropolitan projects.

The Role
You’ll oversee all on-site activities related to the concrete structure, ensuring quality, safety, and program milestones are met. Working closely with project management, engineers, and headcontractor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a major regional landmark.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations during the concrete structure phase
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain program and quality
• Ensure compliance with OH&S standards and company procedures
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

About You

• Proven experience managing concrete structure works on commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety, and quality systems
• Trade or engineering background preferred
