Position Title: Project Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Overview:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charger EPC projects in Australia. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management, financial, and people management skills, as well as proficiency in Procore.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain full financial control of all projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Manage the procurement of materials and equipment required for the project.
Manage site teams to ensure that all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and industry associations.
Ensure that all projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Use Procore to manage all aspects of the project, including documentation, communication, and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the project's successful delivery.
Provide regular project status reports to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders as required.
Key Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of the commercial solar, battery storage, and electric vehicle charger EPC industry in Australia.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with full financial control.
Proficiency in Procore, with the ability to manage all aspects of the project using this software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong people management skills, with experience in managing site teams.
