The Role

You'll join the estimating team to take ownership of production estimating duties across both medium-density and detached home projects. Reporting to the Procurement & Estimating Manager, you'll handle take-offs, variations, supplier orders, and cost management through the construction phase. The workflow is consistent but realistic, with a strong pipeline of work up to 2027.

Requirements

Solid production estimating experience within Medium Density or volume building

Strong knowledge of Australian building standards

Confidence in reading plans, completing take-offs, and issuing POs

Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure

Team-focused attitude with clear and open communication skills

Proficiency in Databuild and MS Office is a bonus but not essential

Flexible start and finish times (7:30-9 start, 3:30-5 finish)
