We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector, based in Perth’s inner western suburbs, to find a talented Systems Engineer to join their high-performing ICT team.

In this critical role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and improvement of ICT systems that support strategic goals and day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing and enhancing ICT systems aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse requirements and define system specifications.
• Documenting system designs, procedures, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Providing support for current systems alongside ICT support and system admin teams.
• Evaluating emerging technologies to recommend system improvements and upgrades.
• Contributing to project tracking, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.

About You:

You’re a detail-oriented, solutions-focused professional with a strong background in systems engineering and cloud technologies. You're comfortable working in hybrid cloud environments and have experience supporting complex ICT infrastructures.

You’ll Bring:

• Deep knowledge of Azure, Intune, M365, Windows Server, and Active Directory (hybrid/cloud-native)
• Strong networking and virtualisation experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• A good understanding of corporate ICT environments within financial services is highly desirable
