We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Senior Systems & Network Engineer to join our team. This is a Level 3 senior role within our MSP, ideal for someone with 5 to 10+ years of industry experience who can deliver projects end-to-end and handle complex escalations.

The role requires deep expertise across server infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security, combined with strong consulting and client-facing skills. You will architect and deliver projects, manage BAU escalations, support pre-sales scoping, and ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and industry best practice.

Apply cybersecurity best practices with an understanding of the Essential Eight.

Support automation and efficiency improvements through scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar).

Manage stakeholder communication, SLAs, and reporting in a timely and professional manner.

Translate technical issues into clear, business-friendly language for end-users.

Deliver high-quality outcomes with strong presentation and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10+ years of IT industry experience, including senior-level work in an MSP environment.

Extensive knowledge and experience in:

Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, clustering).

Hyper-V virtualisation, storage, and high availability.

Server hardware (compute, storage, networking integration).

Backup and DR solutions (Veeam strongly preferred).

Network security, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and proxies.

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Cisco Meraki, WatchGuard, Sophos, and Fortinet technologies.

Proven project management and delivery experience.

Skilled in time and priority management, able to thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Experience managing stakeholders and SLAs with professional, timely communication.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.

High standards of delivery, presentation, and documentation.

Qualifications & Certifications
