Culturally aware and approachable, you create a welcoming, inclusive environment. Proactive and collaborative, you work closely with others to deliver positive, community-focused outcomes with empathy and resilience.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager: Wirringka Student Services, you will coordinate programs and activities to support the access, participation, retention, and success of Aboriginal students at the University of South Australia. You will lead engagement, reporting, and promotion services while building strong community connections. In this role, you will support students, manage on-campus Study Centres, and maintain a Wirringka Student Services presence across academic divisions to enhance student outcomes.

To be successful you will need
- Australian Aboriginal ancestry with understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal tertiary students and communities
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience with a commitment to ongoing development
- Experience in delivering programs that engage Aboriginal communities and support students
- Strong communication, networking and community engagement skills
- Solid organisational, project management, research and digital literacy skills
