With a strong, professional Property Management team already in place, we’re now seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager (part time) based in Townsville, QLD.

About the Role

This is a hands-on Assistant position designed to provide essential support to our Property Manager and Inspection Agent. You’ll work closely with our Senior Property Manager to ensure a smooth experience for both tenants and landlords.

Have the flexibility of a work from home environment whilst enjoying a collaborative team environment. Work from your home office, interact with your Team via daily Team chats and weekly face-to-face meetings. With this Hybrid work model you will need to have strong organisational and time management skills, a pro-active approach and be action-orientated as no 2 days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Working hours are 3 days per week, 8.30am – 3.30pm

Assist with open homes and private viewings as required

Support our Senior Property Manager with admin, leasing and maintenance coordination

Handle basic enquiries and escalate as required

Deliver high-quality service in line with our agency’s standards and reputation

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

At least 12 months of experience preferred in an assistant property management or property support role

A current Certificate of Registration (QLD) lodged with the Office of Fair Trading

A valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Confidence using software such as PropertyMe (or similar platforms)

A strong understanding of QLD tenancy legislation (or willingness to learn)
