About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our dynamic team at OnTrend Property Group in Hervey Bay/ Fraser Coast QLD.

We are growing and expanding, some travel will be required. We seek a phenomenal team member to assist with this new exciting expansion.

This role will support our experienced property management professionals in delivering exceptional service to our residential property owners and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the day-to-day administration of residential property management

Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repair activities

Liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Support the preparation of routine reports and documentation

Contribute to the implementation of property management policies and procedures

Provide backup support to the property management team as needed

What we're looking for

An experienced individual with proven skills as a property manager. Must hold a current real estate certificate

Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders

Familiarity with residential property management processes and procedures

Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team

A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
