About the role

Join the talented team at Start Small Property as an Assistant Property Manager. Based in Buderim, QLD, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our residential Co Living property portfolio. Whether it's liaising with tenants, conducting inspections, or supporting the Property Manager, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key to the success of this dynamic role. Full Time preferred but Part Time may be considered for the right applicant.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating property inspections and overseeing the move-in/move-out process

Responding promptly to tenant inquiries and addressing their needs in a professional and courteous manner

Liaising with tenants to report and help resolve any outstanding issues

Assisting the Property Manager with administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation

Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar property management or customer service role

A current Driver’s Licence and a Current Certificate of Registration (or ability to reinstate within 3 months).

Experience with PropertyMe, 2Apply, and Inspection Express and Microsoft Applications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both tenants and tradespeople

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively with the team

A good understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences for our clients
