Bambini Park Lane in Mt Waverley is now searching for an experienced Chef/Cook to join our passionate team and create meaningful opportunities through shared mealtimes, connection, exploring nutrition and cooking experiences. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Successful candidates must be available to commence employment within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.

About You

A Certificate in hospitality or Certificate III in commercial cookery preferred but not essential (adequate experience will be considered).

Food Handlers certificate.

Food Safety Supervisor certificate (highly regarded, though not essential).

Have a strong knowledge of and experience in managing children's allergy & medical conditions.

Minimum 2-5 years' experience in managing children's allergy and medical conditions is essential.

Ensure safe and hygienic storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks.

Knowledge & understanding with Food Act 1984 and Food Safety Programs.

Willingness to learn and be a part of the Bambini family.

Positive, reliable, loves working collaboratively.

Current Working with Children's Check.

Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.

Must hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa.
