We’re Hiring For

At The Heads – Barwon Heads

Full-Time Junior Sous Chef – Experienced in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant.

Casual Chefs – Summer contracts through to Easter 2026.

The Dunes – Ocean Grove

Pizza Chefs, Fryer Chefs, and Experienced Cooks – Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens essential.

What You’ll Bring

Trade Qualification (Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

Experience in high-volume restaurants.

Passion for fresh, local produce and coastal dining.

Strong teamwork, communication, and consistency under pressure.

Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen standards.
