Role Descriptions - All Areas:

Casual rates to begin with, but there are full- time and part-time roles becoming available for this new start up Café close to the middle of the Highett shopping strip. The roles required includes key staff members - Chef, Barista, Cocktail Bar, and Café Floor.

Our Chef / Cook will be preparing and cooking superb quick service style meals, and collaborating with the owner on some menu content. You are part of a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining venue cleanliness.

Qualifications - Applicable to Chef / Cook Role:

Cooking and meal preparation skills

A preference for working in a Quick Service Food production role is essential

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Food Handlers Certificate / Food Safety Supervisor training as a minimum are a must
