Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire our kitchen team to consistently deliver great meals in a fast-paced environment

Develop and execute seasonal menus that showcase creativity, local ingredients and sufficient options for our diverse customer base.

Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control measures

Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment

Collaborate closely with management to achieve business objectives and the implementation of operational procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or pub setting (minimum 3 years)

Min qualification of Cert IV in Commercial Cookery

Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills

Demonstrated creativity in menu development and a passion for providing consistently great meals

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities

Australian work rights are mandatory for this position
