The reason for the vacancy
The company has grown from 12 to 35 in the last decade and is set to expand by another 50% in the next ten. This is a new role to assist with that development. There are existing projects to deliver and new projects coming online due to new business relationships with iconic players in the urban communities space.

Day to day requirements

You’ll have been consulting for a while so you’ll know what to do. Key to this role is creative thinking, ability to contribute to new ideas. You'll share with us:

• Creative, sustainable engineering solutions (we love playing where science and art meets)
• Design and delivery experience in the public realm and greenfields sector
• Your ability to manage client expectations
• Experience managing sub-contractors and other engineering disciplines
• Ideas to up-coming projects, actively seeking out new relationships with potential clients.

About you. We hope you show:

• A creative flair with a background in civil design and PM
• Experience in Melbourne spanning perhaps between 6 and 15 years.
• Commercial acumen.
• Civil3D or 12D experience
• Ethics and a love of environmental progression.

Your salary will reflect your ability to contribute and is likely to be between $120k and $150k p/a plus Super.
