We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join a high-performing technical team delivering cutting-edge solutions for Defence and National Security programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy software components for secure systems.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including systems, cyber, and network engineers.

Work within agile delivery frameworks to build scalable, maintainable solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement, DevOps practices, and automation initiatives.

Ensure software meets security, compliance, and performance standards.

Skills and Experience

Active or Previous TSPV Security Clearance (essential, no exceptions).

5+ years’ experience in software engineering within secure or classified environments.

Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, Python, C++, or C#.

Experience with Linux or Windows environments and containerised deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins).

Exposure to cloud, microservices, or integration technologies will be highly regarded.
