About the Position
 The Campus Experience Officer is responsible for supporting the experience of staff, students, industry partners and community. Along with providing professional administrative support to the Associate Vice Chancellor Sydney Region and the campus, the role plays a key role in ensuring the campus is a vibrant, safe and inclusive environment for all. Working with multiple teams, including property and facilities, work, health and safety, finance and human resources, the role helps support Sydney-based operations.
We are looking for someone passionate about customer service, who is organised, creative, and a strong communicator. This is a highly dynamic role working with multiple teams, so flexibility and enthusiasm
 for relationship building are a must.
About You
 To be successful, you will demonstrate :
- Completion of a relevant degree or diploma with extensive work experience or an equivalent alternative combination of relevant training and/or experience
 - High level administrative skills across policy, processes and systems in key operational areas, including facilities, work health and safety, human resources and finance
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients
 - High level of customer service and a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
 - Strong organizational skills, including planning and prioritization, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing demands.
 - Experience in maintaining communication platforms and organizing events
 - Commitment to the University’s values.
 
Remuneration
 Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 5. The base salary will be in the range of $75,927 - $84,716 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $88,834 - $99,117 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
