Are you a skilled landscaper looking to step into a supervisory role?
Do you thrive on structure, precision, and the satisfaction of delivering a garden that exceeds expectations?
At In Season Landscaping, we specialise in bespoke, high-end residential landscapes. We're looking for a Qualified Landscaper / Site Supervisor who’s confident managing projects from the ground up, and equally passionate about the finer details of the build.
Why Join In Season Landscaping?
At In Season, we don’t just build landscapes, we build careers, teams, and legacies.
Bespoke residential projects - no cookie-cutter landscaping
Career progression - grow into senior leadership as the company expands
Real craftsmanship - we take pride in our finishes, details, and plant selections

Well-organised and forward-thinking - clarity of vision, systems, and team roles
Whether you’re already supervising sites or ready to take the reins, this is a long-term opportunity to shape exceptional outdoor spaces, and be recognised for it.
Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day site operations, managing a small crew, and ensuring each job runs smoothly and to a premium standard.
Lead from the front — supervise daily tasks and mentor junior team members
Manage builds from start to finish — liaise with clients, manage materials and timelines
Deliver exceptional work — complete all aspects of hard and soft landscaping
Implement & troubleshoot — irrigation installation, minor adjustments, quality checks
Maintain clear site documentation — track job progress and communicate updates

Proven experience across hard and soft landscaping (timber work, paving, concreting, planting, etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage time, resources, and teams efficiently
Driver’s licence
Irrigation knowledge (bonus)
Previous experience in a site supervisor or team leader role (preferred, but not essential for the right person ready to step up)
