Join a 28-bed Aboriginal-owned and operated Aged Care Facility in remote Western Australia, providing culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal Elders in a close-knit regional community. As the Aged Care Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of clinical and quality management within the facility. You’ll lead a committed team of nurses, personal care assistants, and support staff to ensure safe, person-centred, and culturally appropriate care is delivered every day.

You’ll be responsible for:

Clinical governance, care planning, and compliance

Supporting accreditation and continuous improvement

Managing rosters, budgets, and staff development

Building a positive, collaborative workplace culture

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for an experienced Aged Care or Clinical Manager who values connection, purpose, and making an impact in community.

About You

Current AHPRA registration (RN)

Strong background in aged care leadership or clinical management

Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & accreditation

Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Respect for Aboriginal culture and community engagement

Willingness to live and work in a remote regional setting
