Step into a proactive Home Care Manager role based in the beautiful Southwest region of WA—where a spectacular natural setting meets career growth. Here you’ll influence care standards, drive growth, and nurture staff capabilities while enjoying wineries, forests, and coastal living.

• Lead and mentor care staff, including home/community care coordinators, nurses, and support workers
• Oversee care assessments, planning, audits, and compliance to meet accreditation standards
• Grow package numbers, manage budgets, and achieve service targets
• Foster a culture of teamwork, improvement, and open communication
• Champion infection control, quality indicators, and safety initiatives
• Engage key stakeholders and review policies and procedures for compliance and service quality
• Support orientation, training, and development of staff
• Deliver relationship-centred care and demonstrate advanced customer service

About you
You bring home/community care leadership and a passion for aged care excellence.

• Bachelor’s qualification (Nursing/Health/Management) + AHPRA registration
• 5+ years’ home/community/aged care experience (leadership/management preferred)
• Strong care planning, assessment, compliance, and mentoring skills
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Culturally sensitive and dedicated to quality customer-focused services
