We’re partnering with a leading property investment and development firm to recruit an Accountant to join their high-performing finance team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vertically integrated investment business that operates across multiple real estate sectors including commercial, industrial, childcare, and specialist accommodation. You’ll support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across a diverse portfolio of assets and funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management reporting and financial analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, asset management, and development teams
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

About You

• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Progressing through or recently completed CA/CPA
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Previous experience in property, investment, or fund accounting (desirable but not essential)
