Our head office is located on unceded Jagera and Turrbal Land in South Brisbane, with many of our services spanning across the entire state.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to support the wellbeing of women and gender-diverse people through inclusive, trauma-informed care. As a key member of the Healing and Recovery team (HART), you’ll be the first point of contact for participants, guiding them through intake, assessment, and ongoing support with empathy and professionalism.
You’ll offer brief solution-focussed counselling and case management, coordinate referrals, and contribute to group programs that foster healing and empowerment. Your work will help ensure our service runs smoothly and continues to evolve through collaboration, reflection, and care.
Offer brief solutions-focussed counselling and case management support as part of the Intake and Case Management team within the Healing and Recovery Program
Coordinate intake, referrals, waitlist, assessment, and internal and external referral processes to ensure timely and respectful service access
Contribute to therapeutic and psychoeducational group programs that build community and resilience
Support daily operations and service improvement through collaborating across teams, office administration, and ensuring the reception area is tidy, well-stocked and welcoming.
This is a 4 day a week (0.8FTE) role based in our South Brisbane office.

You are a warm and capable frontline practitioner who brings calm, clarity, and connection to every client interaction.
Trauma-informed and responsive: You understand the impacts of domestic, family, and sexual violence and provide care that centres safety, trust and empowerment.
Organised and reliable: You manage competing priorities with care and professionalism and bring attention to detail in every part of your work.
Supportive and collaborative: You work well in a team environment, supporting both participants and colleagues to achieve shared outcomes.
Experienced and knowledgeable: You have relevant qualifications, frontline experience, and an understanding of service systems and referral pathways.

Competitive pay: SCHADS Level 4 Part-Time ($44.58-$46.93 per hour depending on experience), with the option to salary package up to $15,900 annually to increase your take-home pay.
