Ausure Building Group is a family-owned construction company specialising in residential insurance repairs across South East Queensland, from the Sunshine Coast to South Brisbane.
We take pride in our quality workmanship, professionalism, and clear communication, and we’re seeking an experienced Office and Contract Administrator to manage our operations and contracts from our Narangba office.
Please note: This is an on-site role (not work-from-home).
About the Role
This is a standalone, part-time position (24 hours per week) that combines office management and contract administration.
The role is suited to someone confident managing all aspects of the office administration and contracts administration, while maintaining a high level of accuracy, communication, and professionalism.
You’ll report directly to the Directors and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all office operations, communication, and document control
Liaise with the Site Supervisor and Claims Managers regarding the progression of all jobs
Administer all contract documentation, including issuing, tracking, and maintaining project and compliance records
Be responsible for all aspects related to Human Resources, including staff records and onboarding
Manage company compliance, ensuring all insurances, licences, and registrations remain current
Support quoting, scheduling, and coordination between the site team, clients, and insurers
Ensure all documentation and record-keeping meet company and insurer standards
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administration or management role
Proficient in Xero for payroll
Strong understanding and experience in contract administration within the construction industry
Time and project management and organisational skills, with the ability to identify and manage competing priorities
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
High level of computer literacy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail
