A leading market player in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a highly efficient and experienced Corporate Receptionist and Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team immediately.

The Role:

As the Office Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the office operations. You’ll need to be exceptionally organised, possess a polished phone manner, and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail. A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, along with a professional demeanour that exudes confidence, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct incoming calls and enquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure top-notch client care.

Support the overall business by acting as the 'gateway' to the office, including screening calls, managing diaries, booking meetings, and overseeing day-to-day office functions.

Handle office supply orders and manage inventory.

Process and manage expense reports.

Provide administrative support to the CFO and other departments as needed.

Manage incoming correspondence efficiently.

Assist in organising conferences and events.

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Perform general duties to maintain a high standard of professionalism across the office.

Your Profile:

Previous experience in reception and administrative roles is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology.

Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
