What you will do

Oversee front desk operations and ensure every client and visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive

Manage phones, emails and enquiries with professionalism, accuracy and care

Support the Sales and Property Management teams with administration, onboarding and client coordination

Conduct customer care calls and assist with file audits across the business

Coordinate meetings, events and team activities that strengthen our culture

Provide technical support and liaise with our IT team to keep operations running smoothly

Assist with the training and development of junior reception staff
