About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Workforce & Development Manager to lead recruitment, training, and staff development across Shine SC. This role is responsible for attracting the right people, ensuring they’re trained and supported to deliver exceptional participant outcomes, and building a culture of excellence across our teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for support and leadership roles

· Oversee staff training, capability development, and compliance requirements

· Manage performance and support leaders to mentor and retain high-performing teams

· Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission

· Drive initiatives that promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and culture

What You’ll Bring

· Experience in HR, recruitment, or workforce management (NDIS preferred)

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· A passion for people development and inclusion

· Exceptional organisational and systems management skills

· Certificate IV or higher in HR, Business, or Community Services
