About the role
As our Learning & Development Officer, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of our People & Culture team and ensuring our learning programs run seamlessly. You’ll be the organisational heartbeat of the Learning, Organisational Development & Engagement team — managing shared inboxes, coordinating every detail of our training and development programs (from mandatory courses to leadership workshops), and ensuring smooth communication with participants. You’ll help us capture valuable feedback to keep improving, maintain up-to-date qualification records, and lend a hand with exciting People & Culture events. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role that puts you at the centre of supporting the delivery of meaningful learning experiences across TRC.

The salary range for this position is $3,037.98 - $3,267.64 gross per fortnight, plus 17.5% annual leave loading.
Temporary 6 month opportunity, based in our CBD offices.

How to be successful in this position - Success Criteria
Hold the mandatory qualification(s), training and/or experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description.
Computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, data entry and word processing.
Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.
Sound problem solving ability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Sound oral and written communication and numeracy skills.
Commitment to teamwork.
