Build and grow the recruitment function – from sourcing strategies to full client and candidate management.

Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, building long-term partnerships.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries and role types.

Create engaging social media and marketing campaigns to attract both clients and candidates.

Collaborate with leadership to shape and implement HR and talent strategies for business growth.

Stay across industry trends and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or internal) and/or HR.

Strong business development or client relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, organisation, and social media savvy.
