What you'll be doing

Perform a variety of assembly and process work duties as required, adhering to quality control standards

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health and safety protocols

Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of assembly and process work

Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, and work orders

Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
