About the role
This is a hands-on production role working with modern manufacturing equipment to produce custom roller blinds. You will operate simple machinery, assist with fabric cutting, and play a key part in our production line.

What you'll be doing

Accurately cutting and assembling components to manufacture window blinds to specifications

Performing quality checks at various stages of the production process to ensure product standards are met

Packing and labelling finished products ready for distribution

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the wider production team to meet deadlines and targets

What we're looking for

No experience required — full training provided. We're looking for someone reliable, willing to learn and take pride in their work.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work to specifications

Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre materials

Ability to lift and manoeuvre materials weighing 20-30kg with assistance

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Australian work rights are essential for this position
