As a Factory Hand at MPI Automotive, you’ll play an integral role in crafting the products that define the sound and power of Australian performance. Based at our Melton, VIC facility, this full-time position offers an opportunity to be part of a passionate, high-performance team shaping the future of the Manta brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Trimming pipes and operating tube-cutting machinery to prepare precision components for welders

Assisting with the hands-on fabrication and assembly of Manta’s signature performance exhaust systems

Conducting quality checks to uphold our renowned standards of craftsmanship

Keeping your work area clean, organised, and production-ready

Supporting welders by ensuring every component fits perfectly — no rework, no delays

Collaborating with the production team to improve efficiency and maintain Manta’s performance edge

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical workshop (automotive ideal)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Confident using hand and power tools with a commitment to quality and safety

A proactive, reliable, team-oriented approach
