About The Role
We are searching for a Customer Service Officer to provide excellent customer service to their growing customer and client base, managing a wide variety of enquiries.

The temporary assignment will be for 4 weeks, with the chance to extend, or be offered a permanent role.

Duties

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, with empathy and efficiency.
• Assisting clients with qualifying for support.
• Admin duties, including amending customer details.
• Providing information about available resources.
• Occasionally making follow-up outbound calls.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communicators who connect effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• Digitally adept individuals with a sound knowledge of systems.
• Motivated learners committed to developing their expertise in the disability field.
• Dependable collaborators with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to control calls efficiently whilst maintaining empathy.
• Disability Support experience is preferred.
• Contact Centre experience is desired.
