Pay: $34 per hour + Commission

💡 About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are managed promptly, professionally, and with care. From answering general enquiries to troubleshooting solar system performance issues, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and positive customer journey.
This role is offered on a casual basis at $34 per hour plus super, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. You’ll be based in Sydney with the flexibility of a hybrid working model (mix of office and WFH).
🔑 What You’ll Do
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, text, and social media within 24 hours
Resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when needed
Keep accurate records in our CRM and keep customers informed of progress
Coordinate warranty claims and post-sale processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively monitor solar systems and reach out to customers if issues arise
Support onboarding and education for new customers
Collect and analyse feedback to help improve our products and services
Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Assist with team training, process improvements, and operations support
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, ideally in a technical or renewable energy field
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Confidence in handling complaints with empathy and professionalism
Basic knowledge of solar PV systems (training provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work towards KPIs and contribute to team goals
