PERSOL is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join a busy reservations team within a NSW Government department. This is a temporary position commencing immediately and continuing through to 30 April 2026.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and experience in tourism or hospitality reservations. You'll be responsible for managing bookings and providing high-quality support across multiple systems and communication channels.
- Manage customer enquiries and booking processes across various tourism services
- Communicate with customers, internal teams, and third-party providers
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and booking details
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or administration within tourism or hospitality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and customer care
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven ability to handle complaints and resolve issues calmly and effectively
