THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our clients team in Sydney. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for carrying out restoration works on residential and commercial properties, ensuring all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform water, fire, mould, and storm damage restoration works
• Operate drying, dehumidifying, and restoration equipment
• Carry out on-site assessments and document damage with reports and photographs
• Work closely with supervisors, project managers, and insurance assessors
• Provide excellent customer service to clients during the restoration process
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
• Adhere to WHS standards and company procedures at all times

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a Restoration Technician (water/fire/mould/storm) preferred
• IICRC accreditation (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong practical/technical skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s licence (required)
• Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to be on call
