You’ll play a key role in coordinating insurance repair jobs, liaising with clients and trades, and supporting project managers to deliver timely and effective outcomes. This is a full-time office-based role with scope for career development.

Duties

• Coordinate scheduling of jobs with clients and trades
• Manage calls, emails & repair updates from clients
• Review reports, submissions & issue contracts
• Update systems and client web portals accurately
• Assist with compliance documents & insurance claims
• Provide general client support and complete surveys

Skills & Experience

• Strong admin background (insurance or construction preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven
• Scheduling/insurance admin experience highly regarded
